* Remuneration: £5,000 per annum
* Commitment: ~10 meeting hours per quarter + up to 4 days/year for Board development
What you’ll do:
* Shape Bron Afon’s vision, strategy, and governance
* Challenge and support executive decisions to drive performance
* Champion our community mutual model and represent Bron Afon externally
* Chair the finance sub-group and contribute to key committees
What you’ll bring:
* Chartered accountant (UK) with senior-level experience in regulated environments
* Understanding of social housing, community regeneration, and risk management
* Strong communicator, relationship builder, and collaborative leader
* Commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge and influence at Board level
* Experience in property development is desirable, enabling you to effectively support and challenge our efforts as we pursue our strategic goal of building new homes.
