You must also have excellent customer service skills as we pride ourselves on delivering high quality workmanship along with building great relationships with our clients who are both Commercial and Residential.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Reporting to the Contracts Manager the Working Foreperson (Joiner) will be responsible for supervising building projects both High End Residential and Commercial.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Supervisor
Ensuring a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular supervision and inspections with employees and sub-contractors
Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks
Carry out site safety checks and ensure all staff are using the correct PPE
