This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth and maximising opportunities across the Nuts, Singles, Popcorn & Own Label portfolio within a key grocery customer. Acting as a core contributor within the customer business unit, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for shaping and delivering commercial plans, executing customer strategies, and ensuring alignment with KP Snacks' broader objectives. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to bring new initiatives to life while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

What will you be doing?
* Own and deliver the customer sell plan, ensuring seamless execution of joint business plans (JBPs) and successful landing of new product development (NPD) across the Nuts, Singles, Popcorn & Own Label categories.
* Take on the exciting challenge of leading our online growth agenda, transforming it into a key strategic pillar for the account.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Category, Shopper, and Finance, to bring commercial strategies to life and achieve shared KPIs.
* Drive measurable impact by managing joint P&L responsibilities and tracking period-on-period performance to optimise decision-making and growth.
* Build your commercial acumen and customer understanding through day-to-day account management, forecasting, and exposure to strategic projects like our Christmas plan and sustainability initiatives.

* You’ll bring strong commercial awareness and a curious, solutions-focused mindset, ideally supported by a degree or equivalent experience.
* Your excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills will help drive collaboration and contribute to team success, while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
* Experience in FMCG sales or a similarly fast-paced, commercially driven environment will serve you well, especially if you've demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and ownership.
* If you’re confident using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen or Kantar, that’s a real bonus— but we’re happy to support your development in these areas.
* Most importantly, you’ll be someone who reflects our KP values— acting with integrity, taking ownership, and working together to deliver better for our people and our planet.
