We’re growing our Bedworth driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond
Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.
What You’ll Get
1. £17.86 p/h (O/T: £21.08) Weekends: £26.03 p/h Unsocial Premium: £2.69 p/h (2000-0600) - 3 nights sleep out (£40 per night payment)

Shift Information
13. Hours: 11.5 hours per shift
14. Rota: 4 on 4 off
15. Start times: Between 05:00 - 09:00
The Role – Tramping (store deliveries)
Ideal for drivers who prefer long-distance work and overnight runs as part of a professional logistics operation.
What you’ll be doing:
16. Completing long-distance deliveries and collections
17. Managing overnight runs in line with driver regulations
18. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety
19. Supporting nationwide operations during peak demand
What We’re Looking For
20. Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
21. Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
22. Driver CPC qualification
23. A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
24. Professional and safety-focused approach
25. Reliable, team-focused attitude
26. Comfortable with manual handling where required
