Overview:The key purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing Specialist & work with our agencies to deliver an industry-leading end-to-end customer-centric digital experience across the Mercedes-Benz Cars digital platforms (OneWeb and One Smart Web) to optimise sales opportunities and customer loyalty.Responsibilities:You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Mercedes-Benz AG Policies and thepany'spliance Guidelines and Policies, including Anti-Bribery and all relevantpetition law. Supporting the Digital Experience Specialist with content briefs for the national website and applications to ensure information is up-to-date and relevant for all models and business areas. Working with agencies to continuously improve customer journeys and deliver and optimise SEO strategy. Supporting the Digital Marketing Specialist with the delivery of digital e-brochure price lists, emission posters and managing/implementing Model Year updates and WLTP data by working closely with Product and other internal stakeholders to successfully brief and project manage our external agency for successful execution. Working with key business units, stakeholders and agencies to develop and deliver onlinemunications for regular & adhoc lead generation campaigns. Working with the Digital Experience Specialist, wider team and agencies to deliver key digital projects on time and within budget, such as, but not limited to, ServiceCare, DMP personalisation strategy, Google Analytics & CMS migration. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the business on campaign performance of the national websites, as well as regular deep-dives into the effectiveness of key pages, banners and call-to-actions to create actionable insights.
