Our clients are open to investing time into someone from a supervisory background and providing them with the opportunity to become a Contract Manager. With a consistent stream of contract awards we are looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career.
The position will be looking after 11 commercial properties in London and the surrounding areas. Reporting directly into an Operations Manager, the Contract Manager will have ownership of the P&L and ensure SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of 5 engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.
