Job Title: Procurement Support Specialist
Location: Bupa Place (Salford Quays M50 3SP)
Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days in the office
Salary: From £26,400 per annum (DOE)

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
* Help colleagues and suppliers understand and follow our procurement processes
* Offer clear guidance so people can make the right choices quickly and confidently
* Check and maintain procurement data to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Spot opportunities to improve workflows and suggest practical changes
* Record and resolve any issues, sharing outcomes with the wider teamSupport suppliers to meet contracts and service agreements when needed
* Work closely with the Procurement team to build strong relationships across the business
* Carry out general administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast‑paced administrative role (required – please detail your experience in your application)
* Procurement experience is helpful but not essential
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to diverse stakeholders
* A collaborative approach and confidence in building relationships with different teams
* Good understanding and previous use of procurement systems such as Jaggaer and Peoplesoft is an advantage
* Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and data
* Problem‑solving skills with the ability to find practical solutions
* Ability to manage your own workload and stay organized
* A proactive mindset – looking for ways to improve processes
