Key Responsibilities - SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT:Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Work alongside the classroom teacher to implement individual education plans.
Monitor student progress and adapt support as required.
Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Contribute to the wider education and training goals of the school.
Requirements:Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working in education and training.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
