What We Are Looking For...
Responsibilities:
* COMMUNICATION
* Set up team briefs and communicate/cascade the store actions and targets.
* Check business communication channels and drive actions to achieve priorities.
* Effectively delegate responsibilities within the store team.
* Communicate and champion current business initiatives.
* Provide clear and concise communication when leading visits in your store during management absence.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS
* Work with management to improve customer-focused culture and drive KPIs like conversion and footfall.
* Adjust approaches to meet customer needs and enhance service.
* OPERATIONS
* Create a safe and secure environment by complying with all health and safety legislation and policies.
* Support management in ensuring all health and safety training is completed and up to date.
* Complete price events and promotional activities as per communication.
* Drive delivery process and productivity.
* Ensure daily replenishment and stock checks are completed.
* Conduct stockroom walkthroughs to identify product opportunities.
* VISUAL & COMMERCIAL
* Implement and maintain store layouts, sale launches, and visual merchandising standards.
* Conduct daily store walkthroughs to identify visual improvements.
* Analyze data to ensure the commercial file is current and opportunities are acted upon.
* PEOPLE
* Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
* Develop and coach sales advisors, providing constructive feedback.
* Handle difficult conversations effectively.
* Take notes in formal meetings and understand people processes.
* Foster a culture of recognition and inclusivity.
* COST & BUDGETING
* Monitor store performance and controllable costs.
* Check staffing levels daily to meet store priorities and KPIs.
