Your New Role
Our client is embarking on a strategically important organisational change programme designed to improve effectiveness, clarify roles, and drive value creation across two key business functions. As Interim HR People Partner, you will lead the people and culture workstream of this transformation. This senior, hands-on role will see you partner closely with senior leaders to shape new ways of working, embed cultural change, and support the transition to a refreshed operating model.

* Lead the design and implementation of a new operating model across two functions.
* Manage all people-related aspects of the transformation, including consultation, structural change, and behavioural alignment.
* Drive cultural and ways-of-working changes to support a more integrated, future-focused organisation.
* Ensure smooth transition through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and robust change management.
* Oversee organisational design, role creation, consultation processes, redeployment, and compliance.
* Coach and support leaders, diagnose cultural blockers, and embed new behaviours.
* Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and capability-building activities.
* Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, managing sensitive conversations with discretion.
* Lead the people workstream, ensuring programme delivery remains on track to agreed milestones.
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Significant experience as an Interim HR Business Partner, HR Change Lead, or Organisational Development Lead.
* Proven track record of delivering complex restructures and consultations, including redundancy programmes.
* Demonstrable expertise in culture change and embedding new behaviours.
* Strong organisational design knowledge and ability to balance strategic input with hands-on delivery.
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including in challenging environments.
* Experience leading people workstreams within transformation programmes.
* Positive energy, discretion, resilience, and strong emotional intelligence.
* Pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work at pace and provide clarity.
