Counter Manager – No7
Exciting No7 Counter Manager role helping customers with skincare and beauty needs. You will be responsible for driving sales and inspiring and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets. With a love for makeup and skincare, you will delight in creating authentic relationships with customers, delivering a great experience and coaching your team to be the best they can be. You will work onsite and report into the Store Manager or General Manager.
Responsibilities
* Work with your regional manager to create business plans and drive in‑store promotions and No7 offers.
* Lead by example and inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
* Sell products and provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup and beauty products.
* Ensure your team of advisors delivers the best customer service and builds strong connections so customers keep returning.
* Create a vibrant and supportive working environment by nurturing relations with your store team, sharing knowledge and celebrating individual and team success.
* Maintain your counter so it is always clean, well‑stocked and beautifully presented.
* Complete the award‑winning 12‑month Skin School development programme.
* Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the No7 Brand, promoting its heritage, science and technology.
Essential Skills or Experience
* Management or team‑leader experience in a retail or customer‑service setting.
* Demonstrable experience working with business plans and achieving sales targets.
* Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver against sales objectives.
* Enjoyment of sales and selling, working alongside your team to meet KPIs.
* Passion for makeup, skincare and the No7 brand.
* Comfortable approaching customers and applying makeup and skincare.
* Excellent communication with a wide variety of people, from team members to regional and store managers.
* Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, with the desire to expand makeup and skincare knowledge and share it with customers.
Desirable Skills or Experience
* Counter manager experience specifically.
* Experience coaching teams and reviewing individual and team performance.
