Location: Crick BDC
Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off 18:00-06:00
Job Details
Our Crick site has an exciting opportunity for a Stock & Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Stock and Systems Supervisor, the Stock and Systems Administrator will support the operation by handling administrative processes supporting the Warehouse and Customer.
Key Duties of a Stock & Systems Administrator:
* Maintain existing customer relationships regarding processing orders, forms, and quotes.
* Respond promptly to customer queries, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
* Keep customer & supplier information up to date on the WMS system.
* Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
* Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments.
* Update the internal WMS system with account changes and notes.
* Cross-check supplier activity against bookings.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order lead times.
* Report non-compliance issues to management.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective and professional communication skills.
* Proficiency in PC use and MS Excel.
* Problem-solving skills and resolution seeking.
* Proactive and adaptable approach.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently.
