Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support individuals with mobility and daily activities to promote independence Follow personalised care plans developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery Support clients in medication management as instructed by healthcare professionals Assist with light domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Drive or accompany clients to appointments or outings as required (driving experience preferred) Skills Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients Reliable driving licence is advantageous for supporting clients outside the home setting Organised approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively This role is suitable for motivated individuals committed to delivering compassionate care.
