Key Responsibilities: Loading and Unloading: Hang and place parts on the paint line or racks, ensuring correct positioning for optimal paint coverage. Part Preparation: Clean, mask, and prepare parts for the painting process. Quality Control: Inspect parts before and after painting for rust, dents, scratches, or other defects. Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor paint line machinery, including conveyor systems. Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing spray tips, hangers, and racks. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
