Responsibilities & Expectations
Become a Maintenance Operative and shape lives. As a Maintenance Operative at Achieve together, youll play a vital part in ensuring our homes are safe and fit for purpose for people we support. You will undertake a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance. About You
The successful candidate for this role will have a full, clean UK driving license.
Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of maintenance work, it isn’t a dealbreaker as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hardworking and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
