The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a professional career within a specialist recruitment business.

Whether you have recently completed horticultural studies, have practical horticultural experience, or are looking for a career in a people-focused business environment, we will provide full training and support.

You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team, learning how to source candidates, manage recruitment campaigns and build long‑term relationships with clients and job seekers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting consultants with recruitment assignments
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Screening CVs and applications
• Conducting candidate registration calls
• Managing candidate records and databases
• Supporting marketing and business development activities
• Researching potential clients and candidates
• Maintaining high standards of administration and organisation

• Horticultural qualification or practical experience
