About the Role As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. You will lead by example, support staff development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services and programmes at Leon Leisure. Key Responsibilities Lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards. Assist with staff recruitment, training, and rota planning. Promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities. Act as a keyholder, providing building security and emergency call-out support. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and proactively. What We're Looking For A confident, reliable leader with experience in a leisure or customer service environment. An NPLQ holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations. Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing. A team player who is flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.
