We are recruiting for a customer service advisor based in Dartford Kent. The client requires a candidate with an excellent command of English who enjoys speak to business clients on the telephone. The position will involve upselling to clients and following up on quotations and enquiries. This role offers hybrid working - 4 days in the office, 1 day at home
* Advise and support customers
* Keep customer updated with any changes on orders and deliveries
* Follow up on quotes and turn into orders
* Actively promote new products and promotions
* Able to work as part of a team
TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL CENTRE OR ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
The hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm along with parking and excellent benefits
