What you’ll do on a typical day :
* Manage the sites leadership teams achieving operational delivery performance and adherence to all company and customer / site KPI’s
* Liaise and build rapport with the customer to allow for collaborative working and the defining of shared goals and objectives
* Lead the change management on site, with a focus on CI, health and safety
* Maintain effective and open communication links positively encouraging teamwork
What you need to succeed at GXO
Significant experience in fast moving logistics environment, previous grocery experience would be ideal!
* Strong financial acumen - you’ll be accountable for a multi-million-pound budget
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with exposure to project management, driving change and implementing a CI culture
Ability to coach and develop senior managers along with experience of managing trade union relationships
