What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading classes during teacher absence using pre-prepared lesson materials
* Maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
* Engaging and motivating students across KS3–KS4
* Supporting a range of subjects with confidence
* Being adaptable for both pre-booked and short-notice cover

What We’re Looking For
* Individuals with experience working with young people (schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
* Confident leaders with strong behaviour management
* Adaptable, reliable, and positive role models
* People with a genuine passion for supporting secondary-aged learners
* Those able to travel easily to schools in and around Wisbech

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
