Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
As our Event Coordinator, you will:
4. Collaborate with the Executive Assistant on various administrative duties
5. Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs seamlessly
6. Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers
7. Assist with travel arrangements for brokers, including visa processes
8. Support brokers with clerical and administrative tasks
9. Help manage the signatures of important documents
10. Coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently
11. Attend meetings and document notes with precision
12. Maintain the company address book for smooth communication
13. Prebook meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
14. Handle courier dispatches and receipts
Essential Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
15. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
16. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ️
17. Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
18. Proficiency in office software packages
Personal Attributes and Experience:
19. Previous experience organising global events up to + attendees
20. Discretion and trustworthiness are essential
21. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
22. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
23. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and readiness to learn
24. Flexibility to adapt and grow in the role
