My client is looking for someone like you to join their team as a Salesforce Administrator & Sales Support. In this role, you'll be the backbone of their sales operations, managing the Salesforce platform, providing crucial administrative support, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the company's Salesforce instance, handling user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions.
* Customize Salesforce to align with sales team needs, configuring custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
* Execute data management tasks, including imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup.
* Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
* Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
* Generate sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify trends.
* Train and support sales team members on Salesforce usage, best practices, and new features.
* Develop and maintain training materials and resources for sales enablement.
* Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality, offering guidance and advice as needed.
* Assist in managing customer relationships and communications, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on sales activities.
You'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar role, preferably with Salesforce Administrator certification.
* Strong technical skills in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
* Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ is desirable.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Full Driving Licence
* Able to obtain SC clearance
