The role
- Available shifts:8:30am - 8:00pm, 7:00am - 5:30pm OR 7:00am - 3:00pm, 4 on 4 off, or 12:00 - 4:00pm Monday to Friday (All roles required for at least 2 weeks full time training, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm from start date)
- Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour
- Location: McCarthy House, Ringwood, BH24 3FA

What you'll be doing as a Call Operator Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.
- Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
- Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents
What we are looking for- Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
- Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving
- Someone with an empathetic approach
- Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately
