Account Manager - Construction Sector
Homebased / Fieldbased - Ideally living within the North East to support operational area.

About this Role
Youll be the trusted face of Dawsongroup EMC for customers in the construction industry across the North West. Your goal? Grow our hire business by building strong relationships, uncovering opportunities, and making sure our premium cleaning and municipal equipment is always in use.
* Secure long and short-term rental deals for our asset range
* Work closely with our sales team to drive regional success
* Target and grow relationships with key decision-makers in construction
* Stay close to market trends and customer activity
* Spot new sales opportunities through tenders, surveys, and site visits
About You
You know how to sell and youve got the track record to prove it. But what sets you apart is your ability to connect with people, understand their challenges, and offer smart, tailored solutions.
* Proven sales experience, ideally in construction or equipment hire
* Confident communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships
* Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
* Understands the value of great service and follow-up
* A team player who brings energy and ideas
