Role Overview
* Supervise lessons across the curriculum in the absence of the class teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
* Deliver pre-prepared work and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.

Qualifications & Requirements
* A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to pay for a new one.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A professional and flexible attitude.
* A Level 3 qualification or higher (A-Levels, CACHE, BTEC, NVQ).
* A university degree (particularly for those exploring a future in teaching).
* Experience working with young people - in schools, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, or similar.
* Any relevant safeguarding or behaviour management training (can also be provided by Aspire People).
