 
        
        Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) Bristol or Remote
Job Summary: Hello! We are Vita Health Group Bristol. We are the lead provider of NHS Talking Therapies in the Bristol footprint, providing vital mental health support to clients aged 16+. We are super proud of the work we do at Step 2 and see the life‑changing impact of our practice every single day!
Main duties of the job: We practice what we preach; focus on staff wellbeing, flexibility, culture of openness and support. We emphasize quality supervision, CPD, and encourage PWPs to take on leadership and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
 * Assess suitability of new referrals through telephone assessments.
 * Provide short‑term, low‑intensity interventions via telephone, online webinars, and computerised CBT (cCBT).
 * Work closely with colleagues at Steps 3 and 4 and external services to support safe onward referrals and step‑ups.
 * Maintain and advocate for patient dignity, confidentiality and inclusivity.
Qualifications & Experience
 * A Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Low Intensity Interventions (Adults).
 * BABCP or BPS registration or pending registration.
 * Experience of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem.

Contract and Salary
Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 a year. Contract: Permanent. Working pattern: Full‑time, Part‑time, Home or remote working. Location: Bristol, BS1 1LT.
