This opportunity involves working on a large scale refurbishment of a prison which will involve being based on site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home. This will most likely involve staying in digs due to the location of the site. I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Design Manager to join their team. Our client takes prides in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the UK in sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment. This is an opportunity for a Design Manager to join the team on a freelance basis, for a minimum of 24 months. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main Contractor.
