Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experiencedChildren's Residential Support Workerto lead shifts and ensure the highest standards of care for children in a residential setting. 1. Plan, manage, and lead shifts, ensuring children are kept safe and engaged.
2. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care at all times.
