You will be supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, challenging behaviours, and barriers to learning. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping vulnerable learners re-engage with education and develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs. Use de-escalation and behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour. Work closely with teachers and senior staff to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. Help pupils develop communication skills, resilience, self-regulation, and positive relationships.
