We are looking for a talented individual to join a high-performing global agency based in Manchester, working with luxury brands. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with part of your week based in Manchester.

In this role, you will work closely with impressive clients, leading and optimizing paid advertising campaigns focusing on sponsored products, brands, and display ads.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead the strategic development of Amazon marketplace initiatives for clients.
* Coordinate across teams to ensure a unified approach to Amazon store optimization, advertising, and sales performance.
* Monitor Amazon store performance metrics.
* Identify growth opportunities across product listings, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
* Oversee advertising spend and performance analysis.
* Develop and track KPIs for marketplace success.
* Create and present monthly and quarterly business reviews, highlighting growth insights and trends.
* Educate clients on their marketplace performance, budget spending, and ROI.
What You’ll Bring:
* Deep understanding of Amazon Marketplace Strategy, including growth metrics.
* Proficiency with tools and platforms to track and analyze marketplace performance.
* Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.
* A strategic mindset combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Clear, approachable communication skills, with a passion for collaboration.
