What youll be doing: Take charge of daily customer feedback from Feefo and other BAU research spotting trends, reviewing verbatim comments, and help close the loop by making sure feedback is investigated, acted on, and responded to. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, presenting feedback and insights in meetings and working together to improve our service. Keep things running smoothly with essential admin support, including managing third-party relationships. Help run our Customer Panel planning, project-managing, and delivering commissioned research projects, as well as managing recruitment. Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience and share ideas that challenge how things are done, keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
