As our next Multi Skilled Team Member, you will:
* Extend a warm welcome to guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
* Be responsible for the reception desk and processing check in/out.
* Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests and convey the image of the brand and the hotel.
* Multi-task in a busy hands-on role and act as a single point of contact throughout the guest7s stay.
* Assist at any stage of the guest stay, from welcome to farewell; handle and resolve guest feedback efficiently and satisfactorily.
* Promote the company’s ALL loyalty programme.
* Prepare documents required for the day.
* Provide Bar and Restaurant service, take orders, serve food, and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Prepare and clear tables, refill beverages, and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
* Assist in setting up, breaking down, and maintaining dining areas for events; flexibly assist in both reception and F&B tasks as needed.
* Cooking and supporting buffet setups and ensuring the area is replenished as necessary.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
What We Are Looking For
* A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
* Positive attitude with a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions.
* A fast-thinking, customer-focused problem solver with initiative that delivers memorable guest experiences while ensuring revenue is captured and reported.
* Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role offers a strong career path into other areas of operations or finance.

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
* Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
* Flexibility in working hours is essential.
* Basic IT skills.
* Full training provided.
