Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for: Producing accurate monthly management accounts and group reporting submissions Acting as the key contact for group finance and external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and compliance Leading, coaching and developing the finance team, setting objectives and driving performance standards Overseeing purchase ledger activities, carrying out payroll reviews and ensuring adherence to financial controls Performing balance sheet reconciliations, managing fixed asset and lease registers and monitoring intercompany transactions Partnering with senior stakeholders on budgets, forecasts and cost management Driving continuous improvement initiatives and strengthening financial processes to enable sustainable success Supporting sustainability reporting and R&D tax credit documentation What you will need: To be part-qualified or fully-qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA.
