SEN Teaching Assistant – Alternative Provision (Staffordshire) – Full Time, A dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant is sought for a full-time, position within an Alternative Provision in Staffordshire. This role requires a proactive individual who can support students both within the provision and on a 1:1 basis in the home environment. Candidate Profile: An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a strong background supporting children and young people with Autism and challenging behaviour. Confident working in alternative education settings, delivering both in-class and outreach support tailored to individual needs.
