We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join a special educational needs school located in Walsall as a full-time Teacher. This is a long-term position that is available to start November 2025.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of students aged 2-19. While prior experience in an SEMH or special educational needs school would be advantageous, it is not essential. We value your knowledge and understanding of teaching pupils with varying special needs, effective behaviour management techniques, and the unique challenges of SEMH teaching.

Your ability to deliver the school curriculum in a way that maximizes student achievement and promotes personal growth will be crucial to their success.
We are looking for someone with excellent teaching skills, unwavering motivation, and the personal qualities necessary to connect with and inspire the students. Resilience is also key in this role, as you will face various challenges along the way.
