We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that all cases are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end, including preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and legal documents, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations
* Oversee caseload effectively, conducting regular file reviews, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly financial and completion targets
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, whilst identifying opportunities to cross-sell the firm's services and grow the client base
* Lead and support your team, providing files to the Conveyancing Partner/Associate for review when requested
* Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances
* Maintain full IT proficiency across case management systems and Microsoft Office, and complete all required CPD, CQS, and firm training

Requirements:
* Minimum1 years' conveyancing experience(residential and/or commercial)
* Strong knowledge of property law and procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in conveyancing software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy caseload
