A leading investment group with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property interests, based in South West London, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to their dynamic Director. This position also offers the opportunity to provide operational support to the wider team in a busy, varied, and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
* Full professional and personal diary and inbox management
* Coordination of meetings, travel and itineraries
* Draft, proofread and format correspondence, reports and presentations
* Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries professionally and confidentially
* Supporting day-to-day business operations and ensuring workflow continuity
* Handling HR administration and liaising with internal departments
* Acting as a key liaison between the Director and the broader team
Candidate profile:
* Proven PA / EA experience ideally within property, investments or acquisitions
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands and meet tight deadlines
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
* High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively
* Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Professional, friendly manner and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
