What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take responsibility for a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Completing accurate data entry tasks using systems such as Xero and other databases
Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial record‑keeping
Supporting team members with administrative projects and ensuring deadlines are met
Monitoring office supplies and coordinating procurement
Providing excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and supporting a busy team.
What We’re Looking For
Previous office or administrative experience
Full Computer Literacy
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
