The Role

Class Leadership: Responsible for a small, focused class of 8:10 pupils, all with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Support Team: You will lead a dedicated classroom team, typically consisting of a Teaching Assistant (TA) and a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

Innovative Curriculum: Deliver learning through the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), focusing on inquiry:based, holistic education.
*
Holistic Development: Manage all aspects of pupil education, including setting targets, preparing reports, and chairing Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews.

Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*
Experience in differentiating for pupils with SEND (specifically Autism and complex needs).

Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (currently GBP2,787).
