A well-established housebuilder is looking to appoint a Planner to join its East Midlands team. This role offers the opportunity to work client-side, supporting the delivery of residential developments from early-stage appraisal through to planning approval.

The Role
You will play a key role within the land and planning team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting planning strategy for residential sites
* Preparing and coordinating planning applications
* Managing external consultants
* Liaising with local authorities and stakeholders
* Supporting land acquisition through planning input
* Monitoring planning policy and local plan changes
The role offers excellent exposure to the full development lifecycle.
About You
* MRTPI qualified or working towards Chartership
* Experience within consultancy or developer-side planning
* Strong understanding of the planning system
* Good stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness and interest in development
