Role Overview
The Senior Wholesale Manager will be responsible for building and executing Odd Muse’s global wholesale strategy from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Strategy & Growth
* Develop and implement a global wholesale strategy focused on commercial growth, brand elevation, and long‑term partnerships.
* Drive market expansion across the UK, EU, and US, identifying new regions, partners, and revenue opportunities.
* Establish scalable processes, wholesale frameworks, and seasonal sales structures for a fast growing brand.
Key Account Management
* Manage and grow relationships with major department stores, online luxury retailers, and premium independents.
* Leverage existing industry contacts to open new high value accounts and strengthen current partnerships.
* Oversee sell‑through analysis and seasonal performance reviews, providing recommendations.
Showroom & Sales Campaign Management
* Lead all seasonal market appointments and showroom activity, including planning, merchandising, set‑up, and execution.
* Ensure that all showroom environments reflect Odd Muse’s brand values, product vision, and premium aesthetic.
* Deliver compelling seasonal presentations, line‑sheets, and selling tools to support global partners.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Design, Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across collections, pricing, and market positioning.
* Provide regional insights to inform product development and assortment planning.
* Partner with Finance to oversee wholesale pricing architecture, budgets, forecasts, and margin targets.
Market Insights & Performance Tracking
* Analyse regional performance, buyer feedback, and emerging market trends to shape future strategy.
* Monitor competitive activity and category insights to ensure Odd Muse remains commercially and creatively ahead.
