Role Summary
The Project Manager is part of our Product & PMO team. We have several important and exciting projects currently operating and in development which requires a highly competent project manager, with broad operations knowledge and skills and a proven track record to drive change in our organisation.

Hours/Contract: 22.5 hours per week / Part-Time / 6 month fixed-term with the potential for extension
Reports to: Head of Product
Location: Glasgow / Hybrid

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead medium-large scale system integration and/or system implementation projects. Tasks including but not limited to:
* Leading regular project coordination meetings with stakeholders.
* Project timeline mapping and maintenance.
* Production of project artefacts.
* Support the gathering of Business Requirements.
* Direct and manage project development work.
* Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID).
* Coordinate with QA and support the execution of User Acceptance testing (UAT).
* Lead smaller scale operational and/or IT projects that improve our systems and/or processes.
Person Specification / Experience
Required / Essential
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT or technology-based project management role.
* Proven track record in successful project management and delivery.
* Hands-on and proactive approach.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to creatively resolve issues by drilling down to the root cause.
* Demonstrable continual improvement mindset – a desire to continually improve systems & processes.
* Exemplary prioritisation and escalation skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* High level of competency in tracking issues and risks.
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Beneficial
* A recognised Project Management qualification (such as PRINCE2 or PMP).
* Working knowledge of project management software tools (such as Jira).
* Ability to communicate in British Sign Language (BSL).
* Knowledge of Video Relay Services (VRS) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI).
* Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
* Able to sit/stand for long periods in an office environment.
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
* Regular and predictable attendance required.
* Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work across company departments.
