Senior Procurement Partner
Location: Kent (Hybrid)

Salary: to c.£54000 (DOE)+ Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced public sector procurement professional who enjoys delivering meaningful, high‑value work? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation, guiding clients through complex tendering processes, supporting the development of procurement products, and ensuring successful delivery from planning to award. You’ll work closely with internal colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders, providing expert guidance at each stage of the procurement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead or support the delivery of procurement exercises, ensuring all activity is compliant, well‑planned and aligned to customer needs.
* Coordinate tendering processes including documentation drafting, issuing tenders, facilitating evaluations, managing clarifications and producing award reports.
* Work with technical specialists and customers to ensure specifications, pricing models and tender documents are accurate and fit for purpose.
* Use electronic procurement systems and CRM tools to manage applications, data updates, performance tracking and reporting.
* Provide clear procurement advice before, during and after tendering, helping customers make informed decisions.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication and a professional, solutions‑focused approach.
* Support the monitoring, improvement and ongoing management of procurement products, frameworks and dynamic purchasing models.
* Develop case studies and insights that demonstrate efficiency savings and customer value.
* Keep up to date with legislation, regulation and best practice, contributing to continuous improvement of procurement templates, processes and delivery.
About You
* Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and processes, particularly frameworks, dynamic models and competitive tendering.
* Experience managing or supporting complex procurement projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, guide and build trust.
* Highly organised, methodical and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
* Skilled in using electronic tendering tools and standard business software.
* Confident working independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
* CIPS qualification (or working toward it) is desirable.
