We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Services team to cover a period of maternity leave.

We are based in the beautiful Brocks Hill country park in Oadby, and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit. Agile working allows employees to work flexibly to balance their home and work needs. Employees are expected to spend a minimum of 1 day per week in the office. We are supportive of flexible working arrangements where possible and encourage you to discuss this with us during the selection process.

The Customer Services Team provide advice and guidance to residents by telephone, Face to Face and other digital platforms.

The Customer Services Technical Officer will undertake responsibilities including assisting customers with a wide variety of queries providing appropriate advice in accordance with legislative guidance and procedures .
