Youll take ownership of a portfolio of Property Services recruitment across Odevo UK, including building surveying and fire and risk assessment roles, operating in a high demand space where your ability to attract and secure top talent will directly impact business growth. Youll take ownership of your specialist area, proactively driving hiring activity while ensuring a consistent, high quality candidate experience. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Youll be successful in this role if: You consistently deliver high quality hires in a competitive market Hiring managers trust your judgement and rely on your expertise You build strong pipelines that reduce time to hire Candidates are well managed, engaged and informed throughout You bring ideas that improve hiring outcomes and processes HOW YOULL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Most weeks, youll be: Managing end-to-end recruitment for Building Surveying roles Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategy Proactively sourcing and engaging specialist talent Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines Creating effective job adverts and managing attraction campaigns Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates Coordinating interviews, feedback and offer processes Maintaining accurate data within ATS and HR systems Providing updates and market insight to stakeholders Youll work Hybrid, with attendance to our Holborn/London office.
