Chisholm Hunter, in partnership with IWC and Panerai, is excited to announce the opening of two new boutiques in Central Edinburgh.
We are seeking experienced luxury brand managers who are committed to establishing the IWC and Panerai boutiques as leading destinations in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, with a focus on customer centricity in all interactions.
The Boutique Manager will lead and motivate an exceptional sales team to succeed by implementing our retail strategy and enhancing the customer experience.
The role involves overall boutique management, including sales and profitability, team performance and development, delivering superior customer service, clienteling, and building a qualitative customer database.
Position:
Boutique Commercial:
1. Define and prepare the annual business plan, including sales targets and budgets.
2. Achieve yearly sales targets and KPI goals as set by the brand.
3. Manage stock levels to meet sales objectives; forecast optimal stock needs and coordinate with merchandising; plan quarterly sales forecasts; report on competitor brand activity quarterly.
4. Conduct daily and monthly business analysis to identify trends and future needs.
5. Oversee all boutique-related administration, such as cash flow, shipments, repairs, and security.
6. Maintain effective communication with the UK team and IWC HQ.
Boutique Team:
1. Set strategic objectives for each team member to meet sales targets.
2. Plan and facilitate the development and training of team members; review performance and provide support for growth.
3. Lead by example.
4. Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and adhere to company directives.
5. Conduct daily briefings to motivate and communicate effectively.
6. Follow up on CRM strategies with clients and prospects, utilizing sales reports to track interests.
7. Maintain an immaculate boutique presentation, including cleanliness, merchandising, and grooming, respecting visual brand directives.
Boutique Client:
1. Exceed customer expectations and uphold brand service standards.
2. Create long-lasting relationships with clients and collectors, fostering a sense of community.
3. Provide VIP concierge-style services.
4. Develop and maintain a qualitative client and prospect database, network, and establish external relationships with other luxury brands and lifestyle providers.
5. Represent the brand both inside and outside the boutique, enhancing its luxury reputation and proactively seeking new sales opportunities.
Boutique Marketing:
1. Build and maintain the customer database in collaboration with the marketing team.
2. Develop CRM activities and propose monthly events and advertising opportunities to maximize brand exposure and attract new clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years management experience in a luxury environment, preferably retail.
* Strong general education and good etiquette.
* Deep understanding of luxury service and aesthetics.
* Result-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Natural leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
* Autonomous, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to network effectively.
