We are a fully private, independently owned, multi award-winning and fully digital multidisciplinary clinic based in the affluent city of Brighton & Hove.

Orthodontics forms a central pillar of our clinical philosophy. Our team comprises highly experienced expert clinicians across orthodontics, implants, restorative and aesthetic dentistry — all working collaboratively under the leadership of Dr Asani, Founder and Clinical Director.

The Opportunity
After four successful and valued years with us, our current Specialist Orthodontist is reluctantly moving on due to personal circumstances.
To ensure continuity of care, existing active orthodontic cases will continue to be seen through to completion.
However, demand for orthodontic treatment within our clinic continues to grow. We have an established waiting list of new patients ready to commence treatment, alongside consistent internal referrals from our implant, restorative and aesthetic clinicians. This pipeline is active and continues to build.
For this reason, it is important that we appoint the right clinician promptly to support sustained and increasing demand.
This is a priority appointment driven by growth — not replacement alone.
We will provide a consistent and expanding flow of new patient consultations through our established brand reputation, marketing activity and structured interdisciplinary referral pathways.
You will not be required to generate demand independently.
However, we are seeking a clinician who views this as a collaborative opportunity — someone motivated to work alongside us as a valued team member to further develop and expand our orthodontic service.
You will be expected to:
* Build strong rapport and patient confidence
* Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and professionally
* Confidently convert appropriate consultations into active treatment
* Engage closely with referring colleagues
* Contribute actively to the shared growth of the service
Growth within this role is a joint objective: we generate opportunity, and together we build and expand the orthodontic offering within an already established premium brand.

Clinical Environment & Support
This is a growth-focused role within a high-end private setting.
You will benefit from:

Your Treatment Coordinator will reinforce your recommendations, guide patients through financial arrangements and support case acceptance — allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care.

Working Pattern
Initially:
* One Friday per month (early 3pm finish)
* Increasing to two alternate days per month
Alternative days may be considered if Friday is not suitable.
Remuneration
Competitive and reflective of experience, capability and clinical contribution.

Qualifications
* GDC registered
* Valid indemnity cover and DBS checked
* Fully compliant with strong CQC understanding
* Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
We welcome applications from:
* Registered Specialist Orthodontists (preferred), and
* Highly experienced clinicians with considerable orthodontic expertise and a strong track record in private practice.
While preference will be given to candidates on the Specialist Register, we will consider exceptional applicants who can demonstrate advanced orthodontic competency, strong case portfolios and confidence managing comprehensive treatment independently within a private environment.
