Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis.
This role includes structured training and a clear progression pathway into leadership and management. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided from day one.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager role begins in a hands-on sales and client engagement position. Successful candidates will develop core business and communication skills before progressing into management training based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Represent client campaigns in a professional and customer-focused manner
* Develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Support campaign performance and business operations
* Assist with onboarding and training new team members
* Work closely with senior management
