Group Head of Commercial Strategy for rapidly growing operator based in the North West
Our client is one the UK’s leading operators in their sector, delivering over £200m EBITDA growth in the last decade. The scale and complexity of their world class operations are breathtaking and have been greatly enhanced by the investment of over one billion pounds since 2016.
We are partnering with them on a newly created role of Group Head of Commercial Strategy, reporting directly to their Chief Commercial Officer. This role will act as the “right hand” to the CCO, leading the development and execution of their commercial strategy. It is responsible for translating data, marketing intelligence and strategic thinking into clear, actionable activities that drive revenue growth, portfolio optimisation and long-term value creation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, business development and performance management, ensuring our client is proactive, insight-led and aligned to market opportunities.
