Our client is seeking a Process Assurance Lead to drive the creation and oversight of a brand-new process assurance function. Following a team restructure and a rapidly expanding process repository, this newly created role will take ownership of establishing an assurance framework, ensuring that business processes across the organisation remain accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose.
This is a high-impact role offering autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how process assurance is delivered across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement a scalable framework for process assurance across the business.
Review and assure business processes before publication, ensuring accuracy and adherence to BPMN 2.0 standards.
Conduct periodic process audits to verify compliance, risk controls, and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across all directorates—from HR and finance to frontline services—to communicate findings and recommend improvements.
